Who runs it

Wayzel is a tool for planning a trip with other people: a shared map, a day-by-day plan, shared costs and a photo gallery.

It is run by Jesper Synnergren, a sole trader (enskild näringsidkare) registered in Sweden and registered for VAT.

Your account

You need an account, you are responsible for what happens under it, and you should not share your password. Do not use Wayzel to store anything unlawful, or to upload photos of people who would object to it.

An account can be closed at any time from the app, or by emailing hello@wayzel.com.

What it costs

A free trip has limits: one trip you created, three travellers, twenty places, and no shared costs or photos. Unlocking a trip costs €9, paid once. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Unlocking applies to that trip and stays with it. Being invited to somebody else's trip never counts against your own free one.

Prices include Swedish VAT. If you are buying from another EU country, VAT is charged at your country's rate and shown before you pay.

Refunds and cancellation

You have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days under EU consumer law. Because unlocking a trip takes effect immediately, you will be asked to agree that it starts straight away, which ends that right once you have used it.

That said: if you paid and it did not work, email me and you get your money back. I would rather refund someone than argue about it.

Your content

What you put into a trip is yours. Wayzel stores it so the trip works and shows it to the other people on that trip. It is not used for anything else, not analysed, not sold, and not used to train anything.

Fair use

Place search and event lookups are capped per account per day. The caps are set far above ordinary use and exist so one account cannot exhaust the shared API budget. Deliberately circumventing them, or automating the service, is grounds for closing an account.

Availability

Wayzel is new and run by one person. It may be unavailable, it may lose data, and it may change. Keep anything you truly cannot lose somewhere else as well. It is provided as-is, without warranty, and liability is limited to what you have paid — which for most people is nothing, and at most €9 per trip. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You can stop using Wayzel whenever you like. An account may be closed for breaking these terms, in which case unused paid trips are refunded.

Law

Swedish law applies. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and can bring a claim there.

Changes

If these change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and anyone with an account is emailed first.
